– Water & Wastewater Tariff:
Syrian tariff for water is very low comparing with regional tariff (such as in Jordan and Tunisia). Sewage service tariff is estimated as a percent value of the total drinking water bill. Table 1 shows the current prices of Water & Wastewater Tariffs in Syria.

– Daily Water Consumption & Sewage:
There are many statistics related to the daily consumption of fresh water in Syria. The acceptable values of fresh water consumption are shown in Table 2.

Sewage discharge is considered as 80 % of the daily water consumption. The daily maximum flow is 1.2 time more than the average daily consumption, and the peak hour flow is 1.8 time more than the maximum daily consumption.
