The company’s Retox dual chamber RTO regenerative oxidizer designs provide up to 99%+ VOC/Odor Control with 95% primary heat recovery as described in a new 6 page brochure.
The units operate fuel free at 3% + L.E.L. loadings. Modular Retox dual chamber RTO designs are available from 1,000 to 75,000 Cfm flowrates with over 475 installations worldwide, including chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, circuit board/semiconductor, web printing, wastewater odors, coating, paint finishing, composites, plastics, spray drying and paint/varnish manufacturing processes.
Each system is shop assembled and skid-mounted and utilizes a natural gas burner for rapid system start-up run by automatic PLC controls with remote telemetry service diagnostics.
Several systems have been designated Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) for VOC/ODOR compliance in the chemical processing, and paint/coating industries due to the high destruction efficiencies of greater than 99% and low operating and capital costs of the Dual Chamber Retox RTO oxidizer design.
Specialized designs are available for halogenated chemical vapor processes along with acid gas scrubbers.
